Payments and Returns Policy


Our products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at with details of the product and the defect.

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless you notify us first via email.

Sale items cannot be exchanged.


We accept the following means of payment: BANK TRANSFER, PAYPAL, and UPON DELIVERY only in Morocco.

Please note that in rare cases where payment has not been processed instantly, your order will be placed on hold for 14 days while we wait to receive payment.

Beyond this period, your order will be canceled and the items returned to stock.

Shipping – Returns

Our products are shipped from Morocco, generally, your order will be processed within 1 to 3 days after receipt of your payment.

Delivery costs are free to Morocco.

Your shipment will arrive via AMANA. Your package shipping details will be emailed to you when your order and items are shipped.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
